By now there has been over a quarter million views of the security footage of Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv and his mother Miriam Yaniv of Métis Woman Barbara Doduk’s home security camera and many, many withering and hilarious comments.
The rapid responses are an indication of the growth of his global reputation since the Drea Humphrey racist tirade video two years ago. The common thread seems to be questions about why hasn’t he been charged with anything and why hasn’t he been committed to a mental health institution?
What is the real reason Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv and his mother Miriam Yaniv broke ‘stay away’ police orders and went to Barbara Doduk’s home on September 27, 2026? Was it really ostensibly to serve legal documents, legal documents that he had already mailed?
Yaniv has falsely denied knowing who Doduk’s lawyer is, to the police (when they telephoned him) – despite having dealt with Ms. Doduk’s legal firm recently at the BCCRT.
MM have verified all these facts with Ms. Doduk.
Ms. Doduk’s BC CRT August 13th, 2026 decision is under a publication ban, however she provided this snippet to show the reason the BC CRT refused to resolve the claim. BC CRT SECTION 11 (1)(c) states:
She also verified that her legal counsel was directly named in the decision and Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv 100% had the name of her lawyer. Apparently the excuse given to the Constable that telephoned Yaniv was that “this is a new claim” that he was having his mother “serve” on his behalf.
Watching the security camera footage which Ms. Doduk states has been turned over to the Surrey Police Department, it is quickly apparent by both his body language (and what a body) and voice that he wanted a violent physical confrontation – one where he could physically assault the single mother. Yaniv has a history of assault and harassment, with his favourite targets being women and seniors.
Ms. Doduk confirms Surrey Police have stated there is NOT enough to charge Miriam or Jessica with Criminal Mischief, however they have spoken to Jessica again, informing him they have seen the video, and Surrey Police reiterated that Simpson is not to go to the property again.
Things have not been going well legally or financially for Simpson/Yaniv since his condo was foreclosed on despite him trying to present a successful public face on sites that he has not made private, like LinkedIn.
MM know Simpson/Yaniv has been frequently in court and that one judge in particular is not happy with the Yaniv’s faking medical emergencies. Courts do not like to have their time wasted. Miriam was looking physically fine yesterday on that video.
Apparently, they keep asking for adjournments whenever they seem to be losing in court. It is from the same playbook that they used in the 2022 senior assault case at Miriam’s strata.
There are also photos of the Miriam Yaniv’s new car provided by the incident. Although reports are it was actually just a rental vehicle.
Things haven’t been going well for Mad Miriam. Her strata has called the RCMP out to deal with her several times recently. She is starting to provide the strata with the evidence they need to force a sale of her unit.
Financially, unless her sister is bailing Miriam out, she is circling the toilet. She is being sued by others and unlike her son has assets which can be seized. Will she also be ordered by the courts to pay for yesterday’s property damage?
